Website re-design
I was tasked with redesigning the official Pocoyo website to enhance user experience and align with the new visual identity's playful and educational nature.
My goal was to create a visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging platform for young children and their parents. By incorporating bright colors, simple navigation, and interactive elements inspired by the show’s characters and themes, I ensured the website was both fun and easy to use. The redesign also focused on responsive design, making the site accessible across various devices, and integrating multimedia content like videos, games, and activities that support Pocoyo’s educational mission.
"Working with Simon was a great experience. He delivered a website that perfectly aligned with our vision and adhered to the intricate graphic guidelines of Pocoyo. His communication was flawless, and the project execution smooth, even when navigating the complexities of minimalistic design. Highly recommended for any demanding web design endeavors."
The Result
The redesigned Pocoyo website resulted in significant improvements in user experience. By reworking the site structure, I enhanced navigation, making it more intuitive and user-friendly for both children and their parents. Clearer sections and well-organized pages allowed users to easily find content such as episodes, games, and activities, leading to increased time spent on the site and higher engagement rates. The improved layout not only facilitated smoother interaction but also ensured that the educational and entertainment content was accessible and enjoyable.
